Available for the following EmploymentOS plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited

Available for the following user access levels: Learners, Manager, Admin

The Playlist Management feature allows you to create your own learning playlist and add in a list of learning content you with to study. You can also use this feature to share the playlist with others in your organisation to view in platform or you can export it out of the platform to share externally. Lastly, you can edit and/or delete any playlist you have previously made on the learning platform.

Getting started

Create a playlist
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. Click on Development on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click the My Learning option.
  4. Click the Create button.
  5. Click the New Playlist button.
  6. Choose ‌the With AI or By Myself option.
  7. Complete the required fields and click the Save button.
Assign learning material
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. Click on Development on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click the My Learning option.
  4. Click the My Learning menu.
  5. Click the playlist that you want to assign.
  6. Click the Add Items button.
  7. Select the learning resources and click the Add button.

Daily activities

Share a playlist
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. Click on Development on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click the My Learning option.
  4. Click the My Learning menu.
  5. Click the playlist that you want to share.
  6. Click the Three Dots.
  7. Click the Share with Others button.

Export data

Export my playlist list
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. Click on Development on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click the My Learning option.
  4. Click the playlist that you want to export.
  5. Click the Three Dots.
  6. Click the Export List (CSV) button.

Edit data

Edit a playlist
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. Click on Development on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click the My Learning option.
  4. Click the playlist that you want to edit.
  5. Make the required changes and click the Back button.
Duplicate a playlist
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. Click on Development on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click the My Learning option.
  4. Click the playlist that you want to duplicate.
  5. Click the Three Dots.
  6. Click the Duplicate button.

Remove data

Delete a playlist
  1. Log in to Employment Hero.
  2. Click on Development on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Click the My Learning option.
  4. Click the playlist that you want to delete.
  5. Click the Delete Playlist button.
