HeroBot is an AI-powered chatbot designed to provide instant answers about the payroll platform. As an admin, you can use HeroBot to quickly locate features and learn how to use them. Drawing information from our help centre, HeroBot eliminates the need to browse through documentation—just ask a question and receive an immediate response.
Currently, HeroBot can only answer questions about the payroll platform. If your organisation uses both the HR and payroll platforms, you should use Hero AI on the HR platform.
Live messaging
Ask HeroBot a question
- Log in to the Payroll platform.
- Click the purple chat icon towards the bottom right of the page.
- Type your name, then click Send.
- Type your email address, then click Send.
- Select your country from:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Type your Organisation ID, then click Send. Learn how to find your Organisation ID in this article.
- Type your payroll question into the text box, then click Ask.
- HeroBot will give you an answer. It may also show links to help centre articles that relate to your search. You can click the green button at the bottom of HeroBot's answer to go to the article.
- You now have 2 choices:
- If HeroBot has answered your question, click That helped.
- If HeroBot has not answered your question, you can either ask another question or click Talk to a person. This will put you through to a live messaging service with our friendly support team.
Web form request
Ask HeroBot a question via a web form
You must be logged in to submit a request via a webform.
- Go to the Submit a request page.
- Enter the following fields:
- CC (optional)
- Country
- Desktop or mobile app?
- Select a product
- Topic
- Request details to help us answer your requirements.
- Add any attachments you think might help.
- Click Send.
- HeroBot will email you an in-depth answer and links to other resources. You can respond to the email to:
- Ask another question
- Talk to a support agent.
