Adding Employee Data AU - Other Integrations

Import using other integrations

Introduction

We offer many integrations with our Employment Hero Payroll platform that allow you to integrate timesheet, rostering and payroll features. This starts with the employee import.

 

To access integration features, users must have at least "Standard + Payroll Admin" access.

 

Please note this process is basically the same with very little variation for all integrations such as Quickbooks, Square, Wage Easy, Light Speed Restaurant, etc.

How to Prepare/Dependencies

Tip

The seamless operation of both your integrated software and Employment Hero Payroll is contingent upon the essential dependency of having administrative rights to ensure accurate and efficient management of financial and payroll processes.

 

Instructions

  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll.
  2. Navigate to Business > Payroll Settings > Business Management > Import Employees.
  3. Select your desired integration from the drop-down list.
  4. You will either need to sign into your integration and select a file, or simply click Import.

Tip

It is important to know that when importing from an integration there will be a number of items which will require further review: Not all employee data will be imported (eg tax file number).
