Launching Employment Hero

Employee Experience

Once you launch, your employees will receive an email notification to activate their account. They will be directed toward their mobile app store where they can download the Employment Hero Work app. 

Once they're in the app, they'll be taken through five mandatory steps to complete the setup of their account:

  1. Set up a password
  2. Read and confirm their personal details
  3. Confirm their tax details, including adding in a digital signature
  4. Confirm work eligibility
  5. Confirm superannuation

When the employee has completed the five mandatory steps, they can start exploring their new HR platform.
 

Launch using the Getting Started widget
  1. Navigate to the Getting Started widget on your Home page. 
  2. Click Launch.
  3. Click Send Invitation.

This will automatically switch off Setup Mode and any employees listed as pending will receive an email notification to activate their Employment Hero account.

 

Launch Manually
  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click the System Setup from the Security & Access Controls submenu.
  3. Toggle Setup Mode off.
  4. Click People.
  5. Click the Employees List from the submenu.
  6. Click Send invitations to new users.

Any employees listed as pending will receive an email notification to activate their Employment Hero account.

Helpful Hint

If you need to re-send an invitation to only one employee, you can do so by selecting Resend invitation from the Actions dropdown against their name in the Employee List.
