Providing induction material can be very helpful when onboarding a new employee as it allows them to quickly and easily get up to speed with your company's policies, procedures, and culture.
With our Induction feature, you can easily upload video or text-based induction material and choose which employees receive it.
Hero Tip: Set a positive tone from day one by including relevant information about your Employee Value Proposition (EVP) within your induction content. This could include highlighting your flexible working arrangements, special leave entitlements or the wide range of benefits and rewards available to them via the Employment Hero Work app (AU-only).

Next Steps
When your employees log in for the first time, they'll be prompted to complete any induction content shared with them. It's a quick and easy process that ensures everyone is on the same page and up to date with your learning material.
But what about employees who have already completed the induction content? Make sure to let your employees know that this is a perfect opportunity for a refresh. Encourage them to log in to Employment Hero, read through the content, and acknowledge it again. It's a great way to ensure everyone is up to date and compliant with your learning material. Plus, with Employment Hero, you can easily track who has read and acknowledged your induction content, making it a breeze to stay on top of compliance.
