Reward employees who live your Company Values

Rewarding employees for living your Company Values is a great way to recognise and motivate your team. In fact, 50% of employees say they would stay longer at a company that recognised their efforts!

Setting up a recognition program might seem tricky, but it’s a breeze with Employment Hero. Simply enable Recognitions (in Recognition Settings) to let teammates award each other Hero Points for living out company values. Hero Points can be spent like real cash in the Employment Hero Work store or with their Employment Hero Work card, meaning your team can reap the rewards instantly.  Don’t worry—every recognition needs admin approval before hitting the Company Feed, where everyone can celebrate the wins!

Hero Tip: Hero Points can be eligible for FBT exemptions up to 47% too!* Discover more about maximising your benefits here.

Not only is it easier for HR managers to deliver Hero Points than gift cards or flowers, it’s even easier for employees to redeem Hero Points on whatever tickles their fancy.

*FBT exemptions are subject to ATO guidelines. Employers should seek their own independent advice regarding fringe benefits taxation exemption.
