What is the purpose of inviting early adopters?
When setting up your new platform, you can invite staff members to become Early Adopters. This allows selected employees to explore the platform with you during the setup phase.
Early Adopters can familiarise themselves with the platform while setup is in progress, enabling both Admins and Early Adopters to learn together.
Using the information linked below, you can override setup mode and invite the employees who are required to join you at this stage.

Tip: Resending an invitation is only available for employees whose status shows as pending. If an early adopter’s status shows as active, they will need to reset their password. For more information on how an employee can reset their password, refer to this article .
