Inviting your early adopters

What is the purpose of inviting early adopters?

When setting up your new platform, you can invite staff members to become Early Adopters, which will allow your chosen people to explore the platform in the set up phase with you. 

Early Adopters will be able to explore the platform during setup, so that all Admins and Early Adopters can learn the platform together. 

Using the information linked below, you will be able to override setup mode and invite the employees who are required to join you on the platform at this stage.

TIP: Resending an invitation is only available for employees whose status shows as pending. So if you have early adopters whose status shows as active, they will need to reset their password. To read further details on how an employee can reset their password, refer to the following article.

  • You will receive an email notification with your username and instructions on how to access the platform and set-up your password sent to your (work/personal email address) This will be your profile going forward. The email invitation is active for 72 hours, so please make sure that you activate your link as soon as possible.
  • We encourage you to explore the platform extensively and utilise its various features. Please take note of any issues, glitches, or areas for improvement that you encounter. Your feedback will be crucial in shaping the platform to meet our specific needs.
  • We highly value your insights and suggestions. Throughout this period, we will provide channels for you to share your feedback, report any issues, and collaborate with the team. Your active participation will help us refine and enhance the platform.
