Run a super contribution report

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following user access levels: Employee, Manager, Admin    

The Super Contribution report shows all super contributions over time. You can sort and filter the super contributions to find relevant information for reporting. Running a report lets you download an Excel spreadsheet which you can then use as part of your own reporting.

Because super is sometimes paid at a different cycle to pay runs, you can also choose to report on super accruals. This shows the super contributions accrued by employees but not necessarily paid out yet. 

How to run a super contribution report

Run a super contribution report
  1. Click the Pay menu.
  2. Click Reports.Super contribution report
  3. Select whether you want to filter super contributions by:
    • Super batch.
    • Date range (you will need to fill in dates).
  4. Fill in the dropdown filters, including:
    • Employee(s).
    • Pay schedule.
    • Contribution type.
    • Pay schedule.
    • Location.
    • Group by.
  5. Click Download File. You can choose to download:
    • Accruals Excel.
    • Payment Excel.
