What happens when I click the "Onboard" button in the Recruitment module for an employee who already exists in my organisation?

Answer

Clicking the "Onboard" button for a candidate in their recruitment file will just change their status to show ‘Onboarded.’ However, nothing will change in their employee records.

If you need to change any job details for the employee, you need to go to their Employee File in the People module.
