When Employment Hero connects to the Go1 learning platform, the platforms perform a data sync when the following occurs: during the integration, and an ongoing synchronisation when certain items are updated.

| User Permissions | All Employment Hero users will be allocated learner permissions on Go1. If a user is a primary manager on Employment Hero, they will automatically be granted manager permissions on Go1. If a user is an admin on Employment Hero, they will automatically be granted admin permissions on Go1. | |

Ongoing synchronisation

| Account email | The company email is the default email that syncs across to Go1, and the account email is the back up email. Emails do not just sync across during the user's first sync. | |
