- Clicking "Learn more" opens a pop-up modal explaining the service fee and provides links to FAQs and the FBT technical documentation.

The initiative aimed to standardise all user interface patterns based on the Hero Design System.

- Search Page: Hirers can search for candidates, with the search pre-populated with parameters from their sign-up. The search displays up to 15 candidates, utilizing existing SmartMatch functionality.
- Candidates: The talent pool consists of SmartMatch candidates.
- Check Interest: Hirers can express interest in candidates from the search results, sending an invitation with a single click. Hirers receive expressions of interest in their inbox and can communicate directly via email.
