You can use the Total Compensation view to see every element of your employment package in one place—your base pay, super/pension, and now all your benefits and perks too. By checking this view, you’ll understand the full value of your role, make the most of what’s on offer, and reduce questions to HR. You can also get more details about your benefits and perks using the Employee Benefits & Perks feature.
Compensation, Benefits and Perks
- Go to People in the main menu.
- Select Profile.
- Scroll to the Pay & Compensation section.
- Click the Total Compensation tab.
- You may need to click the Eye symbol next to Compensation view.

You will see:
- Total compensation
- Base Pay Rate
- Superannuation
- Benefits and Perks
A breakdown chart shows each component’s annual value.
- From the main menu, click People, then select Profile.
- In your Profile, go to the Pay & Compensation tab.
- Click the Employee Benefits & Perks tile to open a summary.
- In the summary pane, select Explore your full package and redemption options.
- You’ll be taken to the Your Benefits & Perks page, where every benefit and discount is listed.
- Click any individual perk or benefit tile.
- The full details and any redemption instructions will appear.
