HR Reporting Improvements – Slice 1

Summary:
This release includes several enhancements to reporting for Certifications, HR Documents, Policies, and Inductions to improve usability and consistency.

Key Features:

  • CSV exports now include ‘Mandatory’ and ‘Signed Date’ fields

  • New ‘Location’ column added to reports

  • Column names and order aligned between table view and CSV

  • ‘Entity’ column removed from CSV (still available in custom reporting)

  • Clear/Apply buttons added to filter panels

ATS Data Retention Automation (Slice 2)

Target Users: Recruitment Admins
Sub Plans: Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Initiative: ATS Data Retention

Summary:
This release enhances the candidate data anonymisation feature in the ATS. Organisations can now define a timeframe (e.g. 6 months) after which PII is automatically removed from disqualified candidates, supporting compliance with data privacy laws like GDPR.

Key Features:

  • New automation setting in Recruitment Settings

  • User-defined retention period for anonymisation

  • Immediate anonymisation of candidates who already exceed the timeframe

Payroll Report in AIOP: Payroll Tax Report

Initiative: Surface Payroll-specific Reports in AIOP

Summary:
To support better self-service, the Payroll Tax Report is now accessible via AIOP under Pay > Reports. This improves visibility of payroll-specific data and reduces the need for manual support.

Key Features:

  • Available for customers using AutoPay on Employment Unlimited

  • Provides payroll tax visibility via the AIOP interface


Pre-Payroll (Leave & Expenses)

Leave Reports: Adjustments, Historical Balances, Open-Ended Leave

Release Date: 30 April 2025
Target Users: All AIOP Leave customers
Initiative: Leave Reporting Enhancements

Summary:
We’ve expanded leave reporting with two new reports and updates to existing ones, giving admins clearer visibility and historical insight into leave data.

Key Features:

  • New Leave Adjustment Report: shows manual balance adjustments

  • New Historical Balances Report: view balances as at a past date

  • Updated Leave Report: includes open-ended leave (requests without end date)


View Documents in Leave Request Detail Modal

Summary:
Approvers can now view documents attached to leave requests directly from the View Leave Request modal, making it faster to assess supporting documentation.

Key Features:

  • Document attachments now visible without navigating away

  • Streamlined review process for managers and admins


Pre-Payroll (Time and Attendance)

Copy & Paste Shifts in Rostering

Summary:
You can now quickly duplicate shifts across your roster using clicks or keyboard shortcuts, improving rostering efficiency.

  • Copy and paste shifts via click or keyboard

  • Available in both Cost Centre and Work Sites & Position views

Roster Weather Forecast Feature

Summary:
Rostering now includes a 14-day weather forecast, helping teams plan around environmental conditions.

Key Features:

  • Weather icons, temperature range, and tooltips

  • Forecast displays directly within the roster user interface

Timesheet Rounding for New Organisations

Release Date: 28 April 2025
Target Users: Global

Summary:
New organisations can now enable rounding for timesheet entries. Admins can configure rounding settings and view both rounded and actual clock times for comparison.

Key Features:

  • Configurable rounding rules for clock in/out

  • Displays both actual and rounded times

  • Initially for new orgs; rollout to existing customers planned
