Summary:
This update introduces a "Restrict Admin Overrides" toggle to custom workflow settings, specifically for the Employee File Change (EFC) module. This feature addresses the conflict between operational flexibility and regulatory enforcement by allowing administrators to prevent overrides of mandatory approval steps in workflows.

- SSO Requirement: Accessing client organizations via +support accounts requires SSO with an Employment Hero company email.
- Device Restriction: Access is restricted from non-EH Google accounts or non-company-managed devices.
- Shared Verification: This verification is shared with SAP access, requiring only one verification per session between SAP and client organization access.
- EH Work App Restriction: Access to client organizations via support accounts on the EH Work app is essentially restricted due to the lack of business/test device provisioning.

Reset Button for Parallel Pay Run Workflows

New reset buttons are now available in SAP (under Onboarding Guide) for Parallel Pay Run (PPR) workflows. This provides a more sustainable and efficient way to reset workflows compared to relying on a feature flag, and it now deletes the associated test pay run in Payroll.

- Recurring Inclusions: Recurring inclusions are not automatically deleted but can be removed manually by an EH Payroll Specialist. This issue will be resolved with the new Step 2 workflow, which will not create recurring inclusions.

The system's tax relief calculation logic has been modified to ensure precise tax deductions for employees by adhering to annual tax relief thresholds and aligning with Malaysian tax regulations for the 2025 assessment year. This prevents the over-application of tax relief.

- Modified Tax Relief Calculation Logic: The system now fetches and aggregates all tax relief amounts claimed by an employee for the current tax year across opening balances, payroll history, and the current pay run.
- Threshold Validation: For applicable tax relief items with a defined annual threshold, the system calculates the total accumulated amount, compares it against the threshold, and only allows the remaining balance of the threshold to be claimed in the current pay run. If the accumulated amount equals or exceeds the threshold, no further relief is granted.
