Making Learning Content Available to Learners
Find content using Search
Add content to Library
Within the Search tab of Go1 Learn, perform a keyword search, or select an search suggestion.
Click the “Add to library” icon beside any relevant learning item.
Learning items in your Library will be available for your learners to discover and access.
Content limits and swapping courses
Essentials Select customers can add a limited number of learning items to Library. When the content limit is reached Go1 Learn will notify you that your Library is at capacity. When Library is at capacity, you’ll be prompted to swap an item when you attempt to add others to your Library. Hover over the item you’d like to remove, and click “Swap out”. Go1 Learn will confirm when the item has been swapped successfully.
Helpful Hint
When a course is removed, only those learners with in-progress enrolments retain access to the course.

If an item is removed from the offering, will the associated learning records be deleted from the platform?
No. Rest assured, all learning records remain and are accessible in the platform, even once a learning object has been swapped out.
