Change or cancel your subscription for Employment Hero Payroll

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR plans: Standard, Premium, Platinum
Available for the following User Access level: Admin

Change your subscription
  1. Log into Employment Hero Payroll.
  2. Click on the briefcase icon. 
  3. Click on Payroll Settings. 
  4. Click on Subscription on the left-hand side menu.
  5. Click on Speak with our team.
  6. Click on Request to change your subscription.
  7. Click on Payroll product.
  8. Click on OK.
  9. Select your choice from the following options:
    • Remove add ons
    • Change your current plan
    • Increase or decrease users.
  10. Type in some detail about the change you want to make.
  11. Click on OK.
  12. Click on the Submit button. 
Cancel your subscription
  1. Log into Employment Hero Payroll.
  2. Click on the briefcase icon. 
  3. Click on Payroll Settings. 
  4. Click on Subscription on the left-hand side menu.
  5. Click on Speak with our team.
  6. Click on Request to cancel your subscription.
  7. Click on Payroll product.
  8. Click on OK.
  9. Select your choice from the following options:
    • We have not received enough value for cost
    • Your product does not do what we need
    • We have not been set up properly
    • Your product guidance is not enough
    • Changes in our business have changed our needs
    • Other.
  10. Type in some detail about the change you want to make.
  11. Click on OK.
  12. Click on the Submit button.
