System Access Date Slice 2

Impact: Drives Employment Hero sales, particularly in the UK, by addressing a common blocker raised by prospects. Enhanced data security and compliance for all organisations.

Description: Previously, when an employee was onboarded to the platform the user would gain full access on the day they complete their onboarding. To address this we have introduced a new field within onboarding and the employee file where an admin can set a date (before or on the start date) where an employee will have limited access until. When employees are restricted by a System Access Date will be limited to their own Employee File and minimal other features until they reach their system access date. In Slice 2, users under the system access date will also have the ability to access their Induction Content and Policies. This applies to both the Web and Mobile experience. Slice 2 also adds the ability to: Add System Access Date in bulk via CSV, Apply a System Access Date when re-activating a terminated employee
