Digital Onboarding

HR Rostering & Timesheets

Auto-Rostering for Custom Work Hours enables one-click shift generation based on employees’ custom work hour patterns, reducing manual scheduling and errors. ITOps & Security

The use of Email as a 2FA method for Payroll users is being phased out. From EH Work App version 2.66.0, users are directed to use Authenticator App or SMS for 2FA, improving security and aligning with HR standards. (Released: 4 November 2025, Payroll Users on EH Work App)

A major security enhancement to HR Web now checks existing passwords against known data breaches during login, proactively identifying compromised credentials. (Released: 4 November 2025, Gradual rollout to 10% of HR Web users).

OpenAPI & Developer Experience

OpenAPI T&A + Leave Update: New APIs for creating, updating, and reading work sites, with developer documentation enhancements and region-specific data handling. (Released: 6-7 November 2025, Global, HR Platinum, eOS Plus and Unlimited subplans).

Recruitment Agent is now publicly available, providing employers with AI-powered candidate shortlisting, full control over interview questions, improved candidate communication, and enhanced video interview management.
