The Employee List provides a simplified way to view and manage your personnel data. To ensure a clean experience, the platform automatically adjusts the interface based on the information available to you. When only the standard list is relevant, the interface simplifies itself by removing unnecessary navigation elements. However, when there are specific items requiring your attention, such as compliance or synchronization issues, the platform restores full navigation tabs so you can switch between different data views easily.
This article will show you how to manage the following:
View the simplified Employee List
If your organisation only has the standard employee list available, the platform removes the single Employees tab to provide more screen space and reduce visual noise.
- Log in to Employment Hero.
- Navigate to the Personnel or Employee List page.
- Observe that the Employees tab label is hidden if no other views exist.
- View your employee data directly without any empty bars or gaps at the top of the list.
Helpful Hint
Even though the tab label is hidden, all your employee list functions and data remain fully visible and work exactly as they did before.
Switch between multiple employee views
When there are multiple categories of employee data to review, the navigation tabs will automatically appear to help you switch views.
- Log in to Employment Hero.
- Navigate to the Personnel or Employee List page.
- Locate the tabs at the top of the list, which may include:
- Employees (selected by default)
- Work Eligibility Issues
- Payroll Sync Issues
- Click on any tab to view the specific content related to that category.
Helpful Hint
The tab you are currently viewing will be visually distinguishable from the others, so you always know which list you are managing.
