Here are our product releases for Week 2 of 2026, which includes March 2-6, 2026.

Automation

  • HR admins and payroll managers can now export CSVs directly from report cards, saving time and reducing navigation. (Released: 3 March 2026, All subplans)

Digital Onboarding

  • Organisations can now automatically assign Go1 learning content to new hires and other workflow triggers. (Released: 4 March 2026, Mid-market orgs)
  • Assigned Learning Report now includes new visualisations, filters, and richer data for mid-market clients. (Released: 25 February 2026, Mid-market orgs)

HR Core

  • Clause creation in the document editor is now simpler and more intuitive, reducing errors and confusion. (Released: 2 March 2026, All users)

ITOps & Security

  • The asset register now displays assignee company emails and includes this data in CSV exports for easier audits. (Released: 4 March 2026, HR admins)
  • The Asset Management tile now defaults to showing only current assets, with improved metadata and filtering. (Released: 4 March 2026, HR users)

Leave & Expenses

  • Public holiday calendars are now automatically updated and include new state-specific holidays in AU, reducing manual work for admins. (Released: 5 March 2026, All regions)
  • Enhanced expense policies and allowance cards give admins more control and employees greater visibility. (Released: 13 January 2026, All regions)

Payroll

  • AU payroll users can now preserve custom employment agreements and pay rates when installing Award updates. (Released: 5 March 2026, AU Payroll users)

Performance Management

  • Performance review setup and reviewer assignment are now more flexible and streamlined. (Released: 27 February 2026, HR admins, managers)

Recruitment

  • Job seekers now see personalised authentication messages based on their entry point, improving clarity and reducing confusion. (Released: 4 March 2026, Job Seekers)
  • Job seekers can now import their LinkedIn profile as a PDF to streamline profile setup and reduce manual entry. (Released: 4 March 2026, Job Seekers)
  • Added confirmation and feedback options to job reporting, reducing accidental reports and improving issue tracking. (Released: 4 March 2026, Job Seekers)
  • Recruiters can now paste job descriptions with formatting preserved and use standard editing shortcuts. (Released: 5 March 2026, Recruiters and admins)
