Getting started
A Work Site defines a physical or geographical location with GPS coordinates (e.g., Sydney Office). This enables Geofencing and Weather Integration.
A Cost Centre is a financial unit used to track budgeting and payroll costs (e.g., Marketing Dept) and does not contain geographical data.

Geofencing requires a physical address to function. If you cannot see Geofencing options, it is usually because:
- You are using Cost Centres instead of Work Sites.
- You are on a classic version of the system that uses "Locations" rather than the "Work Sites & Positions" framework.
- Your Work Site does not have a verified physical address saved in the settings.
To enable Geofencing, you must create a Work Site with a valid physical address:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Under Time & Attendance, click Work Sites & Positions.
- Click + Work Site, choose "From existing work site" or "New work site".
- Enter the work site information.
- Under the Geofencing field, click the toggle to turn it on. Set the radius from 50m to 500m.
- Once completed, click save.
