What is a Hiring Success Specialist?

A Hiring Success Specialist is a dedicated Employment Hero platform expert focused on helping you get the most out of our recruitment tools. Whether you are not using our Recruitment module or you are already using our Recruitment module but not fully utilising it, a specialist can show you exactly how to save money and hire faster. Sessions are free, personalised, and 30 minutes.

Who should book a session?

1. You are not using our Recruitment module.

If you are paying for Workable, JobAdder, or TeamTailor, often $10,000–$20,000+ per year, that cost may be unnecessary. The specialist will show you how our Employment Hero all-in-one platform, custom career pages, and AI Recruitment Agent tools (shortlisting, interviewing, note-taking) can replace your current setup entirely.

2. You are on our Recruitment module but are only using the basics.

If you are only posting to Seek or Indeed, you are missing our most powerful features. The specialist will run a tailored training session covering automated applicant ranking, advanced filtering, and Board View management.

  1. Is this session free?
    • Yes. This is a complimentary consultation included as part of your Employment Hero plan.
  2. I have been using the Recruitment module, and I have a technical question. Should I book this session?
    • No. If your question is technical or relates to a bug (for example, a job ad not posting, an integration not working, or a feature behaving unexpectedly), please follow the troubleshooting steps Herobot provides or speak to our support team directly. Do not book a specialist session for technical issues, as the specialist cannot resolve bugs or platform errors.
  3. How long is the session?
    • 30 minutes.
  4. Do I need to prepare anything?
    • No. The specialist will ask a few questions at the start to understand your current setup and tailor the session from there.
  5. What if I am not sure which category I fall into?
    • Book anyway. The specialist will assess your setup and focus on what is most valuable for you.
  6. I am not in ANZ or the UK. Can I still book?
    • The booking links are for ANZ and UK customers only. If you are in another region, please contact our support team, and we will connect you with the right person.
  7. Is this a sales call?
    • No. This is a training and platform optimisation session. The specialist's goal is to help you get more value from what you are already paying for.
