The Early Access page gives platform admins a single, centralised workspace to browse, understand, and manage beta features available on your platform. Features in early access may change before public release. Any features you have already opted in to remain active, and your existing configuration will not be affected.
The below shows you how to use the Early Access page.
The Early Access page is only visible to platform admins. You can reach it in two ways:
- Click the Settings menu.
- In the Security & Access Control section, click Early Access Features.
Alternatively:
- Click the Beta button in the top navigation bar.
Both entry points take you to the same Early Access page, where you can see all available and upcoming beta features as individual cards.
Open beta features can be toggled on or off at any time. When enabled, access is granted immediately.
- Click the Settings menu.
- In the Security & Access Control section, click Early Access Features.
- Find the feature card you want to enable. Open beta features display a toggle in the bottom-right corner of the card.
- Click the toggle to enable the feature. The toggle will turn purple, which means this feature has been enabled for your organisation.
- To disable the feature, click the toggle again. A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you want to opt out.
- Click Yes, opt me out to confirm, or No, I want to stay! to keep the feature enabled.
Any data already created while the feature was active will be preserved when you disable it. You can re-enable the feature at any time.
You can share feedback on any beta feature directly from the Early Access page.
- Click the Settings menu.
- In the Security & Access Control section, click Early Access Features.
- Click the Send feedback link in the top-right corner of the feature list.
- This will open a new email addressed to the Employment Hero feedback inbox. Enter your feedback and send.
Features that are not yet available will be marked with a Coming soon badge. You can register your interest so you are notified when the feature becomes available.
- Click the Settings menu.
- In the Security & Access Control section, click Early Access Features.
- Find the feature card marked Coming soon.
- Click the Notify me button on the card. Your name, email address, and organisation ID will be recorded. Our product team may also reach out to you with the possibility of getting even earlier access.
You will be notified when the feature becomes available for early access.
