Run a Qualifying Earnings Report

Available for the following Payroll plan: Standard, Premium
Available for the following user access levels: Employee, Manager, Admin

The Qualifying Earnings Report helps you quickly identify what will be reported via STP as Qualifying Earnings (QE), whether for a specific pay run (draft or finalised) or across a date range, and can be viewed per pay run or per employee. It also highlights any instance where the super paid is less than the mandatory SG rate of an employee's qualifying earnings, so admins can investigate and correct it before lodging STP.

Generate the Qualifying Earnings Report
  1. Click the Reports menu.

  2. Under Payroll, click Qualifying Earnings Report.

  3. Select from the following fields:

    • Date Range - There are multiple frequencies to choose from, as well as a 'custom range'. You can also click the two arrows icon if you want to select a specific pay run instead of a date range.
