If your current organisation is in Australia, but you have employees in the United Kingdom, you can purchase Hero Points, and send these to your UK-based employees for use in their location. Hero Points can be given via the Points Management page, or via the Shoutouts and Recognition feature.
At this stage, only Australian organisations can send Hero Points to UK employees. UK organisations, or organisations from other locations, can send Hero Points locally, and not to employees in other locations.
