Explanation

This error will appear when the Payroll classic platform cannot confirm that the employees' fund is super stream compliant. This may be because of incomplete super fund details. The employee's super fund details will need to be set up correctly to process a super batch payment.

Solution

As the data between Employment Hero HR and Payroll is one directional, i.e. the data only flows from the HR platform to the payroll platform, you will need to add the employees super fund via the HR platform.
