Having the ability to download your super payment data will allow you to share the information with individuals who may not have access to the payroll classic platform. This means there are no restrictions placed on who can view, action, and comment on the data on your payroll classic platform.
This data is available as an Excel or CSV file, allowing you to apply your own filters when analysing your data. You can also save the data as a PDF if there are users that just need a read-only version. Before you can download your data, you will need to create a super batch payment. To read further details on how to create a super batch payment, refer to the following article.

Further information
The table below describes each file format option available for the super batch payments summary and what each one does.
| Excel. | Select the Excel option if you want to view the report in Microsoft Excel, or use Excel's features to further analyse the data. |
| CSV. | Select the CSV option to save a text file where the file separates the reporting data with commas. This is a file format most spreadsheet programs can open and edit. |
| PDF. | Select the PDF option if you want to view or print the report later and keep the same format and appearance that's used in the Payroll platform. If you save a report as a PDF, the person who receives the report will need a PDF viewer, such as Adobe Reader, to view or print the report. |
