Overview
As an organisation, you may have a set of reports you need to access on a regular occurrence, such as your costing report, attendance report or deductions report and so on. This can be a time-consuming process each week to run the report, send the reports out to the required team and so on, so by being able to automate this entire process will reduce your time spent on administrating Payroll platform reporting.
The Payroll Report Packs feature allows you to create a pack of reports and specify details such as the attached message, the frequency, day and time it goes outs, who needs to receive these reports and the reporting period. You can also use this feature to send out or download the reporting pack immediately, copy an existing setup, edit the information if it changes and delete a record if it is no longer required.
