You can use the Batch Data feature to see your back end super batch data. You will need to undertake the below steps via your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
View back end super batch data
- Log in to your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Super Payments submenu.
- Click the super batch payment that needs super batch data viewed.
- Click the Batch Data button.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your batch data on your screen.

What batch status messages support viewing the back end data?
You can only view the raw batch data when the super batch status is one of the following statutes:
- Awaiting payment.
- Awaiting clearance.
- Reconciled.
- Sent to fund.
- Sent to fund with response.
- Sent to fund with refund.
- Cancelled.
- Refunded.
The data will not be accessible when the status is one of
- New.
- Submitted.
- Submitted for processing.
- Submission failed.
