Solution
As the data between the Employment Hero platform and the Payroll classic platform is one-directional, i.e. the data only flows from Employment Hero to Payroll classic, you will need to add the employees super fund via Employment Hero. Once you have added an employee's super fund, you can update your super-batch payment data by using the Refresh Data feature.
