Helpful Hint
The employees in the biddable group will be notified via Employment Hero Work that there is an available open shift. The first employee to accept the open shift will have it assigned to them.
The shift will then be added to the successful employee's roster in Employment Hero Work, and you will see the employee assigned for the shift in Roster Management.
Helpful Hint
Open shifts will have a purple open tag on them for easy identification.
