Create and manage bonuses and allowances for HeroForce employees

Admins can create bonus payments for HeroForce employees with just a few clicks, without the need to worry about tedious paperwork and email processes. You just have to choose the employee you want to reward and enter the date and amount. Our HeroForce experts will take care of the rest and ensure your employee receives their bonus.

Bonuses and allowances for HeroForce employees must be submitted and approved before the cut-off of each month to be included in that month's payroll. If submitted or approved after the cut-off, it will be paid out in the following month.

Getting started

Submit a one-off HeroForce bonus/allowance

  1. Click the Pay menu.
  2. Under HeroForce, click the Bonus/Allowances submenu.
  3. Click the Create Bonus/Allowance button. 
  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Employee.
    • Payment type.
    • One-off or recurring payment - Select One-off.
  5. In the Effective Date field, select the date needed.
  6. For the Gross Payment Amount, enter these details:
    • The employee's currency.
    • Payment amount.
  7. In the Additional Details field, you can write a description or attach files.
  8. Read the terms and tick the checkboxes for approval and invoicing if you agree.
  9. Click the Save button. 

Submit a recurring HeroForce bonus/allowance

  1. Click the Pay menu.
  2. Under HeroForce, click the Bonus/Allowances submenu.
  3. Click the Create Bonus/Allowance button. 
  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Employee.
    • Payment type.
    • One-off or recurring payment - Select Recurring. This payment will continue monthly until it is manually ended.
  5. In the Effective Date field, select the date needed.
  6. For the Gross Payment Amount, enter these details:
    • The employee's currency.
    • Payment amount.
  7. In the Additional Details field, you can write a description or attach files.
  8. Read the terms and tick the checkboxes for approval and invoicing if you agree.
  9. Click the Save button. 

End a recurring HeroForce bonus/allowance

  1. Click the Pay menu.
  2. Under HeroForce, click the Bonus/Allowances submenu.
  3. Click the View button for the recurring payment you need.
  4. In the Bonus & Allowance pop-up, click the End Recurring Payment button.
  5. Click the When do you wish to end this payment? field and choose from either:
    • As soon as possible.
    • After a specific date.
  6. Click the End recurring payment button.
