Available for: Users with access to Reports in Employment Hero HR, for organisations using HeroForce
If your organisation uses HeroForce, you can now filter eight Time and Leave reports by HeroForce employee status — making it easier to view absence, leave, and sickness data for your HeroForce employees separately from the rest of your workforce.
A green HeroForce badge also appears beside the name of any HeroForce employee in the report table, so you can identify them at a glance.

Getting started
The HeroForce Status filter is available in the following reports: Bradford Factor, Burnout Management, Return to Work, Sickness, Sickness Detailed, SEA Accrued Leave, SEA Leave Entitlements, and SEA Leave History. Follow the steps below to apply the filter in any of these reports.
- Log in to Employment Hero and go to your main dashboard.
- Go to Reports.
- Open the report you want to view — for example, Bradford Factor, Burnout Management, Return to Work, Sickness, Sickness Detailed, SEA Accrued Leave, SEA Leave Entitlements, or SEA Leave History.
- Open the report's filter panel.
- Locate the HeroForce Status multi-select filter.
- Select one or more options:
- HeroForce employee — shows only HeroForce employees in all report widgets.
- Non-HeroForce employee — shows only non-HeroForce employees, including employees with no HeroForce connection.
- Selecting both options, or neither option, includes all eligible employees with no narrowing applied.
- The report widgets update automatically to reflect your selection.
- Review the employee name column in the report table. A green HeroForce badge appears beside the name of any HeroForce employee.
- Apply any additional existing filters as needed — the HeroForce Status filter works alongside all other filters in the report.
- If you need to export the data, use the existing export or CSV option. The exported columns are unchanged by this filter.
Helpful Hint
The SEA Accrued Leave, SEA Leave Entitlements, and SEA Leave History reports are available to organisations operating in Southeast Asian regions. If you do not see these reports in your Reports section, they may not be applicable to your organisation's region.
Further information
The HeroForce Status filter is available to host organisations that use HeroForce in conjunction with Employment Hero HR. If your organisation does not have HeroForce employees, the filter will not appear in these reports.
Selecting Non-HeroForce employee returns all employees who are not HeroForce employees — including employees who have no HeroForce connection at all. This ensures no employees are inadvertently excluded from your results.
No. The HeroForce Status filter changes which employees appear in the on-screen report widgets and table, but it does not add or remove any columns from your CSV export. Your exported file will contain the same columns as before.
The green HeroForce badge displayed beside an employee's name in the report table indicates that the employee is a HeroForce employee. Employees without the badge are non-HeroForce employees.
