You can now view HeroForce employees who report to you directly alongside your other team members in org charts and team views.
Getting Started: Ensure at least one HeroForce employee is assigned to you. If not, ask your administrator to update their assigned manager.

View HeroForce employees in your direct reports list
Once assigned to you, HeroForce employees will automatically appear alongside your other direct reports in your team list.
Follow the steps below to view your full team.
- Log in to Employment Hero.
- From your main dashboard, go to People > People List and find your direct reports or team list view.
- Wait for the list to finish loading. A loading indicator will be displayed while the list is being retrieved — wait for it to complete before reviewing the list.
- Once loaded, review the list. Any HeroForce employees assigned to you will appear alongside your other direct reports and will be clearly marked as HeroForce employees within the list.
- If no direct reports have been assigned to you yet, an empty state message will be displayed explaining that no direct reports are assigned.

HeroForce employees are clearly labelled within the team list so you can easily distinguish them from your other direct reports at a glance.
Further information
A HeroForce employee will only appear in your direct reports list if they have been assigned to you as their manager. If you expect to see a HeroForce employee but they are not showing, contact your administrator to confirm that the manager assignment has been completed for that employee.
HeroForce employees assigned to you as direct reports will appear across all team views and org charts, including the org chart, directory, and team list views. You do not need to check multiple places — they will be visible wherever you view your direct reports.
HeroForce employees are clearly marked within the team list to distinguish them from your other direct reports. Look for the HeroForce identifier next to the employee's name when viewing your team list.
