The Workforce Snapshot lets you view key statistics about your organisation’s employees, such as gender distribution, employment status, age groups, and other workforce insights. For example, it can show how many employees are under 30, how many are full time, and more—giving you a quick overview of the different statistics available through the chart breakdowns.

Use the Workforce Snapshot report for your Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting if you are a non-public-sector employer with 100 or more employees.
Daily activities
Currently, the Workforce Snapshot is not clickable and you cannot drill into the data. It is designed to give a quick overview of the workforce.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the People tab.
- Click the View full report button for Workforce Snapshot.
