You can use the Workforce Snapshot to see three key statistics about your organisation, that are gender, employment status, and employee age breakdowns. Providing insight into how many of your employees are under the age of 30, how many employees are on a causal contract, and so on.

Use the Workforce Snapshot report for your Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting if you are a non-public-sector employer with 100 or more employees.
Daily activities
View the workforce snapshot report
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the People tab.
- Click the Workforce Snapshot box.

Any chance we could get a feature to change some of the labels, such as the age diversity filters, we'd like to combine the aged 41-50 and the 50+ workforce into one colour?

While this is not current functionality, it is definitely something that is on our radar for the future and I have let the team know it is something your organisation would love to see introduced.
