You can use the Workforce Snapshot to see three key statistics about your organisation, that are gender, employment status, and employee age breakdowns. Providing insight into how many of your employees are under the age of 30, how many employees are on a causal contract, and so on.

Use the Workforce Snapshot report for your Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting if you are a non-public-sector employer with 100 or more employees.
This is the default access level per user and whether they have view, edit and delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.
