How do I upload timesheets to my organisations payroll platform?
Answer
Depending on which payroll connection you have enabled will determine whether your timesheets automatically sync, need syncing manually, or they do not sync over to your payroll platform.
Select the payroll platform you integrated with for the relevant instructions.

Timesheets will need syncing manually over to your Xero platform once your organisation approves an employee's timesheet submission.
Important
Only Admins and/or Owners can sync timesheets from your Employment Hero platform over to your Xero platform.
Limitations to be aware of include:
- That we only support daily, not weekly timesheet entries; i.e. only the following timesheet types sync over to Xero:
- Daily start and end times.
- Daily hours.
- The timesheet will sync over to your Xero platform as a draft timesheet, so you will need to approve the timesheets twice, once on your Employment Hero platform and again on your Xero platform.
