The Rostering module within the payroll platform has a Template feature that allows you to create a set of pre-built employee resources, with the ability to add these in bulk or individually. You can also use this feature to edit any details if they change and delete a resource if it is no longer required.
Getting started
Create a resource: Individually
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Roster menu.
- Click the Roster Actions button.
- Click the Roster Templates button.
- Click the button.
- Click the button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Employee.
- Role.
- Click the Save button.
Create a resource: In bulk
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Roster menu.
- Click the Roster Actions button.
- Click the Roster Templates button.
- Click the button.
- Click the Or Multiple button.
- Enter the number of resources required in the Add X to Location drop-down.
- Click the Add button.
Editing data
Edit a resource
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Roster menu.
- Click the Roster Actions button.
- Click the Roster Templates button.
- Click the button.
- Click either on the Employee Name or Resource that needs editing.
- Make the required changes and click the Save button.
Removing data
Delete a resource
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Roster menu.
- Click the Roster Actions button.
- Click the Roster Templates button.
- Click the button.
- Click either on the Employee Name or Resource that needs deleting.
- Click the Delete this Resource button.
- Click the Delete button.
