The error occurs when the employee file only exists on your Employment Hero platform.
Solution
You can transfer the employee record from Employment Hero over to QuickBooks Online by nominating to use the existing Employment Hero data.
How to transfer an employee record
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Add-ons submenu.
- Click the Action button.
- Click the View Conflicts button.
- Click the Use EH Data button.
