Feature access for employees vs contractors

There is a significant difference between the features available for independent contractors compared to employees. Contractors will have limited access to features within the Employment Hero platform, and they do not synchronise with an integrated payroll platform.

Please be aware that you can restrict some features on the platform, for both employees and contractors via the Menu Customisation feature.
