How do I download my opening balance data?

Answer
The Data Extract feature enables you to download your opening balance data stored within your payroll platform as either an XLSX or CSV file.
Download my opening balance data
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Data Extracts button.
- Select the Opening Balances option from the Data Type drop-down.
- Choose from the following data type customisations:
- Template with employee data.
- Template with employee data (Including terminated employees).
- Empty template.
- Select from the following file formats:
- XLSX.
- CSV.
- Click the Download button.
