How do I download my pay rate template data?
Answer
The Data Extract feature enables you to download your pay rate template data stored within your payroll platform as either a XLSX or CSV file.
Download my pay rate template data
- Log into your Employment Hero platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Data Extracts button.
- Select the Pay Rate Template option from the Data Type drop-down.
- Choose from the following data type customisations:
- Used pay categories only.
- All available pay categories.
- Empty template.
- Select the applicable option in the Pay Rate Templates drop-down.
- Select from the following file formats:
- XLSX.
- CSV.
- Click the Download button.
