How do I refresh the displayed Single Touch Payroll (STP) pay event data?
Answer
You can use the Refresh Data feature within the Pay Event module to revise the data displayed if you have made changes elsewhere on your payroll platform. You will need to undertake this process via your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
Refresh your pay event data
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Click the Report menu.
- Click the Single Touch Payroll submenu.
- Select the pay event that needs its data refreshed.
- Click the Actions button.
- Click the Refresh Data button.
Helpful Hint
If you don't see the STP Reporting option, click the Enable Single Touch Payroll button on the dashboard.
