You can download your super-batch payment data and share it with people who do not have access to your payroll classic platform. The data is available to download as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file. Before you can download your data, you will need to create a super-batch payment. To read further details on how to create a super-batch payment, refer to the following guide.
Downloading data
Download the data: CSV
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Super Payments submenu.
- Click the super batch payment that needs downloading.
- Click the Download button.
- Click the CSV button.
Download the data: Excel
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Super Payments submenu.
- Click the super batch payment that needs downloading.
- Click the Download button.
- Click the Excel button.
Download the data: PDF
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Super Payments submenu.
- Click the super batch payment that needs downloading.
- Click the Download button.
- Click the PDF button.
