Connect and configure the Learning Platform

Available for the following HR plans: Premium, Platinum
Available for the following user access level: Admin   

Employment Hero (EH) Learning is an LMS that helps train employees, orient them to their roles, and expand their knowledge. To connect EH to Go1, you must be an admin on both platforms. If your organisation has an existing Go1 account, select the Go1 option; otherwise, choose EH Learning. Both options integrate with Go1. Connecting to EH Learning will not send welcome emails to employees, and notifications are off by default, allowing for testing without alerting employees.

Getting started

The below premise will walk you through how to connect to the learning platform.

Connect to learning
  1. Click the Settings menu.
  2. Click the Add-Ons submenu. 
  3. Click the Enable button.

    Helpful Hint

    Once the HR platform has transferred the user profiles into the Learning platform, you will see a status screen. You can click the Go to My Learning button to view assigned learning content.

Configure learning settings
  1. Click the Settings menu.
  2. Click the Add-ons submenu.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Click the Settings button.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see on your screen the links used to access the learning platform settings. Clicking on the required setting will open the specific setting's location within the learning platform.
