Employment Hero's Platform comes with native JobAdder integration. Native integration means that in a few minutes, Employment Hero's Platform directly syncs information with your JobAdder platform.
Nobody wants to lose momentum during the hiring process. By using JobAdder and Employment Hero together, you can sync candidate information directly into the platform when hiring a new employee. That means all the basic information you have already got stored on the candidate in JobAdder can sync right across to the new employee's file in the Platform.
This means once you have picked your ideal candidate and offered them the job, you would now want to make sure they have a seamless process when signing their contract. By using the JobAdder integration, you can have their contract sitting in their inbox within moments of hanging up the phone with them. They can then see your company policies, welcome notifications, and their contract ready and waiting for them, in a seamless and professional experience giving them an excellent onboarding impression.
Getting started
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Add-Ons submenu.
- Click the Connect button.
Helpful Hint
Once you click the Connect button, Employment Hero will redirect to the JobAdder platform.
- Enter your user name and password and click the Sign In button.
- Click the Accept button.
Important
Once the Platform has connected to JobAdder, the platform will redirect you back to the Add-On management page.
Maintain
Warning
When you disconnect your Employment Hero account from JobAdder, all existing employee data will remain within the platform.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Add-Ons submenu.
- Click the Actions button.
- Click the Disconnect button.
- Click the Disconnect Application button.
