Access related business and/or employee files on Payroll classic

Available for the following Payroll plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus
Available for the following Payroll plans: Standard, Premium

To view and access the businesses and employees connected to your payroll account email address, you can use the Related Businesses feature. This may be the case if you are the payroll admin for multiple businesses, or have multiple employees sharing the same email address.

Access related businesses
  1. Log into your payroll classic platform.
  2. Click the Account   menu in the top right of your screen.
  3. Click the My Account submenu.
  4. Click the Related Businesses button.
  5. You will now see your related businesses on your screen.

Access related employee files
  1. Log into your payroll classic platform.
  2. Click the Account   menu in the top right of your screen.
  3. Click the My Account submenu.
  4. Click the Related Businesses button.
  5. You will now see your related employees on your screen.
