The Password Changing feature allows you to reset your password within the payroll platform while the Email Updating feature allows you to change your login email within the platform. You also have the Account Editing feature that allows you to change your employee's first and name linked to your account and specify what time zone you live in currently.

Getting started
Change my login email
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click on your name in the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Click the My Account option in the drop-down menu.
- Click the Account Details button.
- Click the Change Email button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Email.
- Confirm email.
- Click the Change Email button.
Change my password
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Account menu.
- Click the My Account submenu.
- Click the Account Details button.
- Click the Change Password button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Old password
- Password
- Confirm email
- Click the Change Password button.
Edit my account details
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Account menu.
- Click the My Account submenu.
- Click the Account Details button.
- Make the required changes to the following fields:
- Name
- Time zone
- Click the Save button.
