The Timesheet Context Panel allows you to access and view the details of the rule sets that the Payroll classic platform is applying for a chosen employee. You can also download this information and analyse the information further in any CSV-supported programme. A Pay Run needs creating first, before you can access the Timesheet Context Panel.

Daily activities
Viewing an employee's timesheet context panel
- Click the Pay Runs menu.
- Click on the Pay Run that needs an employee's timesheet context panel viewed.
- Click on the employee's name who needs their timesheet context panel viewed.
- Click the button for the rule set name.
- Click the Date drop-down.
Helpful Hint
You will now see the rule set details that the payroll platform applied to the employees timesheet submission for this date record.
