Overview
As an organisation, you may need to view a detailed activity breakdown for each location your business operates in, so you can see exactly what your employee costs are for that region. This will enable you to see exactly where your money is going, enabling you to plan what resources you will need to meet your future cash outflows.
The Detailed Activity Reporting feature allows you to create a report on your business activities based on a specific location and/or time period, with the ability to narrow the data further down by employing entity, pay schedule or earnings location. You can also use this feature to download an excel file of this data or save the information in a printable PDF format.

Getting Started
You will need to undertake the below steps via your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Detailed Activity Report button.
- Select from the following fields:
- Date range.
Helpful Hint
Click the button to change from a Date filter to a Pay Run filter.
- Pay Schedule.
- Group by.
- Earning location.
- Employing entity.
- Locations totals only.
- Show post tax deductions.
- Click the Run Report button.

You will now see your detailed activity report on your screen.
Maintain
You will need to undertake the below steps via your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Detailed Activity Report button.
- Select from the following fields:
- Date range.
